    Default Online Gambleing Licence

    Where in the state if Texas can i get a Gambling Licence to open my own online casino ??
    I am Currently saving up to buy casino Software .Also how much does the Licence cost?

    The simple answer is you can't open an online casino in Texas.

    Texas does not currently allow online casinos in the state.

    You could however be an affiliate, which does not require a license, but be sure to check with an attorney since depending on your jurisdiction you may need an occupational or business license.

    Actually, there is no way to stop gambling. if can't get it legal, t en all people stay in the shadow.

    What Asia current situation is the market dominated by credit system, which operator never need a license, never need a payment system, of course never need to pay tax. But of course, there is some TAX need to pay, but it never go into government pocket.

    with the credit system, players have more changes to stuck in problem gambling.
