Payment Problem

Hi

I'm trying to change my affiliate payment method so that my revenue goes into my player account, which has ID 'casinobeacon'

Unfortunately, I can't login to this account as it says password is wrong but when I ask for a reminder, it says "AMA_ERR_NOT_INTERNET_ACTIVATED"

No, Dean - I still can't login to my player account. I telephoned Tote and they confirmed my username is 'casinobeacon' but it won't allow me to login, saying it's the wrong login details.

I've tried again to get a password reminder by entering the above username and my date of birth but I still get "AMA_ERR_NOT_INTERNET_ACTIVATED"

This payment was, I think, supposed to be paid a few days ago (it was carried over) but I can't find receipt of it.

I am a new tottesport affiliate member.
I found on this forum some issue about totesport affiliates.

I send 2 emails at [email protected] asking you what's the payment procedure (I generate the invoice) and also asking when the payment for august will be made.

Please answer to my questions.

Hi Rob,

I sent an email to all affiliates regarding payments last week, did you receive it?

To cut a long story short I am doing payments as we speak, so you should receive your commissions late this week/early next week.

Just for future reference, could you please contact me via email or MSN when discussing anything personal to your account. I don't want to accidentally disclose anything I shouldn't

I've found the login username (Robert_Cook) but I can't find the password.

I've tried the 'Forgotten Details' link and it said a password is on its way. Nothing arrived yet but I'll keep an eye out for it...

Hi Rob,

I am afraid I do not have the ability to look or deal with customer accounts, you will need to contact customer services for that.

As I mentioned earlier, I don't think a forum is the best place to deal with personal aspects of an affiliates account and so would prefer you to contact me via MSN or email if possible.

I just spoke to support - apparently the 'lost password' facility hasn't worked for a while

I have to add a deposit method to the account now which means depositing first - gawd - I'll get there.
