    Question Payment / report issue

    Hello together,

    I'm quite new in the world as an affiliate member (started my first page beginning of December).

    Beginning of March I recognized the first revenue in the Europartners programm. Based on the terms and conditions I waited a few days to receipt a report regarding my payment. Nothing happend and I contacted the support and got a new manager who send me a form for the first payment and paid me later. Works fine.

    Now I thought it will work alone but I'vent receipt a report or payment for the last month.... By the way my manager is now on holiday until Wednesday next week.

    In general I wanted to know how this process works and much more important - when I get my payment?

    Anybody who can help me ?

    Hi DC,

    Due to my calculation's there have been more then 1000 complains about EP, all money issues. Take your time read a couple of them and make your conclusion. The question is not when you get your earnings, the question is "how long will you be able to see you make some earnings" or "when your traffic make some earnings do the pay you or will they tell you the players didn't generate revenue" or "they had all big bonus" or "they where jackpot players" or "they are poker players".

    Hello Goc,

    thank for your answer.

    I have read a lot about Europartners - here and in different forums. Some of them were positiv some negativ. You'll find it everywhere, so in any other business. For example: I bought a few doors and got them delivered without any problems. But I'm complaining now since month about a really small paint pen. The relationship with Europartners started very friendly and hope it will goes on.

    I got now a response from Susanne but she can't help me - need to wait until my manager will back from holiday next week. Hope the issue will be solved afterwords - it's not a less amount of money I'm waiting for.

    I know that you have only had positive experience with Europartners - read a few of your post. But can you explain (without a flower in front of your display) how the normal process should work ? In December I had my first contact with Dana.

    I have a lot of respect for him and like how he wrote his comments . But in some situations I'm typical German. I'm completly new in this business and wanted to know how everythink works excatly...

    So sorry if someone missunderstood my writings! Sometimes I need facts

    One reason some of the complaints about programs reduce over time is that some affiliates drop the program.

    Question - How is revenue calculated by changing the rate ? Is it for all players?

    Although I have been paid many times by them never have I been sent a statement, ever

    Ayelet is my aff manager is there and she is very good, trouble is she's on maternity leave now and the affiliate software is truly terrible, it's that bad at showing everything I hardly ever bother logging in to check

    Shame that software lets them down so badly

    Yeah, it looks like the software is not really the best. But how does it work with the rates? Any idea? If I had rate of 30 % - is it for all players ? Do I have players with different rates?

    I understood that your Affiliate Manager has been in touch to explain your particular situation and how the revenue Share is being determined. Revenue Share is equal for all players unless you have a special deal set up with your Affiliate Manager.     thanks for the answer.

    I'm in contact with my manager and he's trying to explain me a completely different world which was agreed in the deal and based on the therms and conditions.

    My first rate was 25 % - I put your 4 brands into first positions and I got a rate of 50 %. That's fine. Now my one and only player lost all his money after we made this 50 % deal, which he lost before with 25 %. Based on the therms and conditions and your statement: "Revenue Share is equal for all player" - So I'm still on the right site of arguing.

    Now
    I'm really suprised why my Affiliate Manager is talking about a completely different structure. Talking about old and new players and also showing me completely different payment rates. All this can't be find in any written document.

    So for me it looks likes:
    Either the Affiliate Manager has made ​​a mistake and is trying to fix it or it is internally treated quite differently than it is represented to the outside. If it's really the case - no one has the correct value in his dashboard.

    Please so kind and explain it to me.

    Hi DancingSteve,

    From what I understood is that you had a deal that was for 25% and you made a new deal that you would receive 50% for 3 months for all new players not for existing players. Revenue Share is usually equal for all players unless you and your affiliate manager come to a different agreement, which is what happened here and what he has been trying to explain to you.     thanks for the statement.

    You're right except for the deal which is only for new players. My privious deal was 25 %, I ask for 50 % and got an answer we can do it if I push all 4 brands to top positions. All done and I got the deal for 50 %. No single word regarding a different handling for old and new players. So it wasn't an agreement between my manger and me - he decided it (don't know in the past or backwards). But anyhow....he did a mistake. I can send you the whole E-Mail conversion.

    So, how can we handle the situation now - I'm still waiting for the payment.

    in our business all things are embraced by Lady Luck.

    Not every program will offer you such a huge revenue share (50% for 3 months!) for new players if you have only one old (active (?)) player. That's really a fair deal.

    Lady Luck ...

    "Now my one and only player lost all his money after we made this 50 % deal, which he lost before with 25 %."

    First of all, gambling doesn't mean, that players always lose! With as low as $100 everyone is able to win 40x this deposit ... or more!

    Imagine, a player will lose $1.000 with 25% revenue share!
    $250 are flying into the money bag.

    The same player, a smart or lucky player, is happy about a winning streak after switching to 50% revenue share. The casino house edge, in average lower than 6%, sometimes lower than 1% (!), pays back. The player recover his losses of $1.000, and your revenue share will be charged with $500.

    Now you are in debt to the tune of $250 (in total).

    Your scenario was different, and I can understand, that you are disappointed, but my scenario has the same probability as yours.

    That's the impact of Lady Luck.

    Communication is half the battle, because then everyone is able to identify misunderstandings and misinterpretations promptly.

    I can only speak for myself but if there is any issue, then I take direct action and pick up the phone. This medicine is a marvel.

    If you know the extension number from your affiliate manager (otherwise ask him via email), then call him:

    For Germany call

    (Only 3,9 cent/minute)

    After you hear the women's voice enter

    00972 3764 6200 with a * (Star Symbol) at the end.

    When the call is connected, enter the extension number of your affiliate manger.


    Do it this way. Believe me, it's no fault, because you received a good offer.

    Hello Leo,

    I know - it's a good deal. And I would never complain about if this was the case. But in this situation my affiliate manger an myself made a deal of 50 % without limiting it to new players. If it's a different situation and my player won with a revenue share of 50 % I had also to life with that.

    If you're going to a shopping center and a deal is shown with a discount of 50 % for all clothes - you will also complain on the check desk if someone is explaining to you it's only for the old collection. And in this situation you're getting 50 % for your choise. Ans exactly this is the situation with Europartners.

    I already tried it to clearify it with my manager - and will try it later again. He told me a completely different way of calculating........

    The end of the story is - they are trying to wriggle out of this situation. Based on the terms and conditions and the agreement with my manager I already contacted my lawyer. He told me - I'm right and he will send them a message first.

    Now I know why so many partners of Europartners are complaining about this program.

    Europartners - NEVER AGAIN. There are so many other programs with better deals and support
