I would like to know your opinion and experience with the Pinnacle affiliate program. Do they pay promptly? Is there good communication between managers and affiliates? Is it worth working with them?
Thank you in advance for your comments.

Pinnacle is one of the best bookmakers in the world for players. However, for affiliates from what I have read here on the forum there have been numerous problems. Look for the posts here, you will definitely find about the problems of partners with Pinnacle.
Besides, on their affiliate page it says that if you have 0-4 FTD in 3 months your commission is 0%. The first commission is charged from 5+ FTD in 3 months, normal 25% RS.
In my opinion, if you are not a big affiliate with traffic in a good GEO then it is better to let them go. Although I see that there are niche sites e.g. in Finalndia that have been promoting them for years so it probably varies.

And this will happen unless you are continually finding new markets.
It happened to us - after referring over 1000 actives to them during a 10 years stretch.
it's frustrating to see that work go down the drain - but Pinnacle don't care.
They're happy to pull the plug on the affiliate and keep all the profits for themselves.
Just be aware.
Pinnacle used to be great (as affiliate and essential hedging bookie for pros), but approx. 8 years ago they were sold to a new owner and then they went rogue towards affiliates.
Not only the quota from above posts.
They made for me KYC that was not possible to fulfill and they started to subtract the commission already owed.
So before I was able to send them all docs, they stole 80K of commissions from me, because they actually do not pay you zero if you deliver less than quota players.... if your players are in negative numbers, they take away your commission even if you do not deliver enough players.
It is a predatory term. It is not properly communicated. And it was retroactively vomited on us. So yes, they are thieves.
Moreover their IA was totally ******.
Do not work with them.

Thanks for providing these details Dennyx, very useful.

They used to be a top sportsbook that took every bet and paid the winners. I used to know their aff manager at the time, cool dude, they were truly at the top, all the pro punters played there. They had amazing blog posts about mathematics of betting.
But then they made a U-turn, introduced quotas, the last manager I spoke two is no better than a chatbot, and frankly they no longer have a place in sports betting now with the introduction of crypto sportsbooks that take any big bet and pay you instantly without KYC.
The thing is, it was always really really difficult to convert traffic to Pinnacle. Because they're so unsexy it hurts. You have to explain to the person that a 0.05% increase in odds is beneficial in the long run, that website design doesn't matter, and then maybe, just maybe, the player will sign up and start playing. It's like trying to persuade someone to drink a celery smoothie. Good for you but you won't do it.
Also, lots of sportsbooks overtook Pinnacle in the US market. At the same time, European punters hate the design that is still in US style.
It's so much easier to convert to some brand that's all over TikTok and that knows its customers - both the player and the affiliate. Screw Pinnacle, they're a remnant of the past, sportsbooks as they once were, let them die a slow death.
In my opinion any program that have the term of 0% commission in case of "whatever" performance b**t excuse.. are fraud and not deserve to work with it!
This term is meant for one thing, get to a point that the entire account that the affiliate worked so hard to built will be SHAVED!
And program that are mega fraud, are doing this retroactively to affiliates that they had before this term was listed in their T&C - and this is also stealing if you ask me!
I recommend to negotiate with them and tell them this term is unacceptable and if they want to work with you they have to wave it out!
If Pinnacle were to be on the OP's profile page then it makes no sense to promote this bookmaker. I can see that the mass of words "play for free" etc. On such sites it is better to promote bookmakers like Bet365, 22bet and others that target such a group of players. Pinnacle does not offer bonuses and is aimed at big players looking for high odds.
So even already forgetting the predatory provisions in the affiliate program, such negotiations make no sense, because sooner or later it will be a problem anyway. Even as an affiliate program would be honest, on such sites 22bet, mybookie and this type of bookmakers will surely convert better
