player account on b-bets not possible ?

Hi guys,

what i experience in this days with b-bets (Condor Gaming) is not normal. As you can imagine, i have an affiliate account but i wanted to have also a player account without related to the affiliate account.

But if you try to register a privat player account their system is checking your personal details and address. System don't let you register because it's saying you have already an existing account and it's only allowed to have one account per household.

Should it mean also when you register first a player account you can't become an affiliate because you have already an account ?

How stupid and crazy ist it ? My intention is not that i'm my own player.

I was told that this is a condition of them, how can it be ?

One must make a different between player and affiliate account, because it's not allowed to be your own player.

Normally it would be equal for me to have a player account which i could have on many other casinos without problems, where i'm also registered as affiliate but in this case an intention is behind.

As affiliate i must know about the structures and how it works under real terms, so i must try by myself.

Support no help and affiliate team until now too.

I believe system is checking only personal and address datas, also if you try to set an alternative email address.

I mean, if they don't like that one promote one of their brands more as normal, okay i can do nothing and must search for another casino where we can do.

Dobri is not really a help because he is not able to change anything, so in this regard Christine or higher mangement maybe able to explain or to solve.

Problem solved, suddenly i could register a player account.
