Plus500 / 500Affiliates not paying out with false allegations

Hello affiliates,

I need to warn affiliates who works with Plus500 / 500 Affiliates.

On my last invoice that I have uploaded on 500Affiliates I was getting false allegations from affiliate manager Kosta Shim saying that:

“Following the system's monitoring procedure, we received indication that you are involved in operating the trading accounts of the traders which you have referred to the Plus500 platform.?/i>

For myself I know for 100% fact (!) this is not true. I didn’t generate any possible traders myself and I definitely did not push or open any trader accounts myself. The registrations I have get so far all signed up naturally from my website Onlinebeleggen[dot]nl.

If you ask them for any prove or any more details they will come with nothing and just statements like: “Once I see the clear indicators of such activity, I'm sure that there is a solid basis for rejecting the payment.?/i>

I understand if there are other reasons why an CPA registration is not approved, but in this case I have nothing to do with it and the statements are wrong and false. That’s make it’s unfair to me and dangerously to work with as affiliate. As at the end of the day this whole affiliate industry is based on trust between affiliate and operator.

I hope you guys all continue doing great business with Plus500, but see this issue above as a serious warning sign.

Please tell me also if I miss something. Any advice on how to escalate would be appreciated.

Sad to hear that, that's why I never started to work with Plus500 or Banc de Binary which use black marketing techniques and other dodgy stuff in their business model. I would suggest you to start working with IQ Option and 24option, they should have really good conversion rates on your website.

Plus500 are terrible at conversions as well, not to mention the CPA criteria..... You know that on average they want the traders to do like 6 real lots on most pairs to trigger CPA... considering life of an average trader is 12 lots.... pretty unfair I would say. Not to mention that they do not have sales desks the whole company is overvalued their staff is not more than 40-50 people. I would advice you to try Xtrade or XM far better conversions for Forex, as for Binary....24option works ok but low CPA compared to others not regulated and the result for traders is same....

24option doesn't have low CPA tbh, I don't think we are an exception, but they are pretty good, what other brokers you work for? I am interested in Daweda Exchange, they look pretty solid and Opteck has made a rebranding, but I am scared because of their past...

24option is low cpa compared to others, hell some brokers even offer 20-25% of the net deposits which is not bad at all

Thanks for the reply’s guys. At first Plus500 looked very professional and as a trustworthy affiliate partner to me. I decided to drop them in the ranking, but want to see what the future brings. (also choose this alternative because of investment in SEO/time for this broker)

@MrBinaryAff I have both brokers (24option and IQ Option) already on my website, but no real conversions yet. If I’m right the CPA is 100 at 24option.com. Thanks for the suggestions!

@superm Thanks for the info you shared. I see you also still work with Plus500. Does this experience with the Plus500 affiliate program sound familiar to you?

Besides that, what do you guys recommend as earning method.. CPA or an Rev Share deal?

Some brokers give only 100% of the minimum deposit as CPA for an affiliate. 24option gives more. Like for UK market most legal brokers (regulated) would give 200$ CPA if minimum deposit is $200, but good deal is like $300+ CPA for $200 deposit etc.

I have no idea what deals you have, and won't share mine as it is kinda confidential

I do love hybrid deals if broker can offer me one, so it's CPA + small Rev.Share, to make sure I earn something whilst not bringing any new players.

Yeah, I know that as well, some offer $500 CPA and more without any problems, but it's a bit different brokers...

I had exactly the same experience, in my case after they said that they have indications that I was involved with the trading accounts of the traders.

Obviously completely false.

When I asked for explanations they stoped answering.

Stay away from them because you might be working just to present them traffic while they steal your hard work and efforts.

Thanks for your reply! So I'm not unique in this. I know myself I did also nothing wrong here. So I guess we can say that Plus500 is scamming their affiliates on purpose.

I do not promote them at all, more like i list them just for the review count, they are one of the few brokers that I rarely get depositors into FTD, in case same traffic converts with all others...
Also please note their criteria for qualified trader is 40... of their points which is equal to 6 lots in case lifetime value of a trader on average is under 12 lots....and lot of other ****... not worth to work with them

@superme Thanks for your input, appreciate it! I have a new FTD already for this month. I'm wondering what will happen with the next invoice. Will they pay me out or is there a new or other excuse to not pay me out. We will see.

Thanks for sharing all your experiences with Plus500. I think I will drop them more and more over time in the broker overview.

I have now Markets on the #1 position. I hope they are trustworthy.

Unless Markets has paid you some flat fee or guaranteed I will advice you not to, they do not have sales desk and try to follow Plus500 way to run multi million operation with 40 people staff....

I have to give you guys an update regarding the issue with Plus500.

It all went out fine after all. They contacted me and I have now received all the payments from Plus500 (new and former payment), which means everything’s ended up fine. So I guess it was a misunderstanding on their part.

I'm glad to see Plus500 came back on their decision and false statement.

One comment about Plus 500. We did not want to work with them because they did not let us write an independent review of them our website. We were contacted and told that we needed to fix a list of items in a certain way if they were going to activate our affiliate account. They claim that this is their way of ensuring there is no misinformation about them on the Internet, but we saw this as trying to lie to our site visitors.

To be fair, all the changes they want is more about the bonuses and it is due to their regulation, but this not excuse them to be known as one of the most ****** brokers out there.

I too am facing this issue and am owed $6,750 i know for a fact they have no evidence of me being involved with traders because i havent had any involvement with them. Could you tell me what steps to take to get this issue solved
