Processing Fee's are Killing my Revenue

Just wanted to take little snap shot and see if everyone else is getting nailed like me.

Total Revenue $697.60
Total Processing Fee $353.30
Net Revenue $344.30
Payment Amount $86.80

What are these processing fee's and why are they more than 50% of the Net? How are we supposed to make money when 50% goes to fee's and then we get 25% of the left overs?

Anyone else getting hammered by these fee's. This is the only group that I have more than 50% of earnings getting removed.

You made 12.5% of the total revenue. Now compare that to other programs that offer similar products.

Many affiliates just look at the % and think that that's what they are receiving. You have to look at the fees they take out first and then calculate your real % of the revenue.

I've seen a program (I can't name names) that take out not only the processing fees, but a 5% agent commission too! My god that was excessive. One time I got 18% and thought that was the lowest, but you my friend have just received a lower commission than my lowest.

Now, in all fairness to UB different programs have different costs. If they are US friendly then their costs go up. Never the less it always seemed to me that the processing fees were a fixed cost that the casino should absorb, not the affiliate. Wha'ts next their rent and electricity? lol

UB has every right to take it out of your commissions, it's in their terms. You just have to review whether or not it's worth it to you. If so then great.

Maybe UB has such a good product that 12.5% generates more revenue than another site with a true 30-40% revenue share?

I'd be interested in knowing affiliates performance with them as well as a comment from UB manager on this practice.

Another quick snap shot of two affiliate programs:

Party Partners: $7685 Revenue, My net $2689
Bet365: $3968 Revenue, My net $1187

Nice and simple. % of house win! None of this fee for this and that.

I often see fess like that as well.

A few times I have seen them outweigh the wagering of the day...
