Is this program for real?

In all my years of being an affiliate I have never come accross such a laborious process.

Finally I was told that we are approved and ever since I am still waiting for a tracking link.

I have a login, which leads to stats and a link to an arb list of bannes for download but no trackers?

Anyone deal with "Rudy"?

If you haven't received a tracking link please use the following - https://www.7red.com/?affid=XXXX

XXXX stands for your affiliate ID which is a number you can see when you log in to your account.

Next time before you "trash" one of our affiliate managers I'd appreciate if you try contacting us first and request for what you need. It is possible he forgot to send you a link. People have tendency of making errors from time to time.

I'm sure you'll be happy to hear we're moving to a new, professional affiliate tracking system next week. It will be powered by Cherry Affiliates which is a very reputable brand.

Starting today you can register through 7red.com and you'll reach the new program. I hope it will make the laborious process easier

Michael i think what you should be doing is taking a good look at the program instead of worrying about trashing on a forum . Your games on the platform are superb but the affiliate program as St George puts it is labour intensive and needs some work.

For instance why would you not show your aff link in the program or have media within the program ? I look forward to the new program and you not being so defensive about what i think is a below par product - that is your aff program - not your games

I wasn't defensive about the program. I was only implying that a person should look in his junk folder or contact an affiliate manager before writing a bad review.

The new affiliate program will have all the features you mentioned. You can start using in on Monday.

I asked if anyone had dealt with Rudy, becuase it seems like he wasn't answering my emails. What is wrong with that?

Eventually he did and we got where we needed to be but it was laborious.

Part of the reason for this forum is for members to ask each other about their experiences with new programs.

If you don't like that you should not be here because from your response it doen't look to me like you are going to respond well to any feedback.

I was under the impression you were seeking to start a discussion about an affiliate manager and not about the affiliate program. From your reaction I understand I got it wrong therefore I apologize if I offended you.
