I can't speak about this particular issue - BUT - I can point you to reasons why you should not be promoting this property....

Yes it is very possible, seen far more deposited in numerous affiliate accounts and taken a beating day afer day, though not often.

Now let me go and look for that lovely term in ALL programs that allows them to close accounts down at will.
