    Default RedSlots Casino dont pay my withdrawal and close my account

    Username budilau. I registered on RedSlots Casino on 30 may for 3€ no deposit bonus. The bonus was issued on 3 june.After a lot of play i got my balance to 160€ and request a pay out of 150€.On 10 june they sent a request for verification documents which sended same day.Same day my acount was closed, and i receive a mail: The documents you have sent are in investigation and once we receive an conclusion from the casino manager we will inform you if the account is re-opened.

    Next day my account was reopened and my documents was accepted. My withdrawal was canceled and i requested a new one.

    On 16 june i log in to RedSlots Casino and status on my withdrawal was wire and requested on support what that mean and received response: Indeed that means that you withdrawal has been processed. You should receive the money onto your bank account Wednesday at the latest.

    Same day when my withdrawal theoretically has to be processed a incredible mail arrive:

    Hereby I inform you that your account has been closed by our casino manager, because you registered from a declined country. The withdrawal you requested will not be paid. This decision is final.

    So now my account is closed and withdrawal not pay out.

    I'm from Romania and is not a declined country not on their FAQ:

    There is a big difference between FAQ and Terms!

    FAQ are only for the reputation. Terms are for the law.

    You have to show a screenshot from the terms that match the "Missing Romania" like in the FAQ!
    You are talking about "photos of terms and conditions" in your possession.
    So it should be no problem to publish them to improve your credibility.
    There is no alternative.

    I made the first step with the screenshot of the FAQ. It's your turn to complete the chain of evidence.

    It couldn't take longer than 48 hours beginning from this moment.

    I tried to open a Romania account a few minutes ago.
    No problem!
    Moreover: There is no need to validate the email address because I was redirected immediately (!) to the deposit site!

    It would be the best a representative will say something to all these strange things.

    There is no note under the email, that the content is confidential, so it can be made public:

    If the player budilau was from UK, I dont think RedSlots Casino would change terms and conditions in the right moment.
    Romania is a EU country. Romania is not a joke for a casino to play with.

    I would be inclined to ask "Michael" to use his power of persuasion as the marketing director to reach out to the head of support to "make right" and give attention to the matter.
