Question Reporting from all my aff programs together at once

    Hi,
is there a way to get all my daily reports from my 20+ affiliate programs all at once without logging in to each and every one of them (some of those programs are painfully slow - why?) to see how the day went? I was thinking about building some kind of a reporting bot but there’s some captcha solving needed to be done and I guess I’m not haxX0r enough. I know here are guys who have 100s of affiliate accounts - how do you manage all that? I know some of you like to play “lets guess where that payment came from”, but to be honest it’s not a great game when you’re little ocd and like to be in control of your...things.

I hope you understood my question, English is not my 1st language. Thanks in advance!

Hi sportsbookh, personally, the very best way for me to manage my affiliate accounts is by making priorities. I keep check of all of my best money making affiliate accounts and focus on promoting those more over the ones that don't convert as well and make as much money either. This is what I do everyday. I don't want to use a program like Niftystats. You can certainly use it if you want to. I hope this helps you.

Start with Niftystats. There are others, some cloud based, just be careful about where your login credentials are stored. Niftystats stores them on your local pc.

There is a rep somewhere, I'm sure they will pop up and say hello.

Thanks! Yes, this is pretty much exactly what I was looking for.
Now I need some revenue to pay for the thing... this is how it works right?

I log into around 35 + accounts every day, takes a few minutes to revise.. I don't trust any software that stores passwords to keep an eye on things for me.

This is my hang-up with these stat programs as well. I have been approached by 2 other groups with cool software. Stuff built specifically for affiliates, by affiliates. However, they store your PW and data on their servers. And, as they are affiliates, how can I possibly trust them with my data and PW?

Even if they didn't steal my money, which let's face it, they could, they could access our data. With access to our affiliate panels they could see all sorts of things about our traffic. Reverse engineer that with KW data and they could put you in a world of hurt financially by going after your money makers.

Call me paranoid, but no thank you.

I use a chrome browser profile and have them all open on start up. Then just log in to each one and check manually. I've never tried nifty stats as don't see this as a major problem. Saying that it may be better than the v2 of netrefer.......

    Hi,

we build an affiliate tracking and reporting system. some affiliate program such as Income Access and HasOffer has API Key, so you don't need to share the user and password, just the key. for other programs, you can upload CSV report to our system and then you can use our report to see all the stats in one place.

you are not paranoid! you have to trust the system you store your passwords or don't it at all.

a few years ago, we use to have over 200 accounts, some are on the same programs. we needed the reports on a daily basis and no one wanted to login so many accounts, so we've started to develop a semi-automated reporting system. we've built some sort of browser (using third parties obviously) and gave it to a freelancer from India. we gave him an excel file with the login URL with user and password and ask him to export the reports. the problem was the user and password. so at first, we gave him only small accounts that save us lots of time. then we add a feature that pools the user and password from our database and perform the login, so the freelance needed to export the report and upload it to our interface. at this point, the freelance became greedy and tried to change some accounts bank details, we got a single email of 'payment details changed' out of 5 or 6 accounts he changed. we had to log in 200 accounts and make sure he didn't change the banking details and rest password.

so you are not paranoid! never share your user and password with someone you don't 100% trust! you have more than enough conferences to meet the guys behind those systems. see them, talk to them, know their email.
