Rovert Affiliates only started to actively contact affiliates again a few months ago after almost 12 months of silence. I believe Trevor knew what he was doing and sadly has done what many before him has done, stole all affiliates players!

The sad thing is Trevor started as an affiliate himself back in about 2008, he went from factory worker to super affiliate.

This is sad news and shows nobody can really be trusted in this game anymore, not even the affiliates

Rovert still owe me money and its been owed for months. I doubt he will even pay affiliates, why not stoop even lower Trevor...

Actually looking at the partners he is working with (Nektan and Mediacle), there is probably more to it. Both parasitical companies. I had spoke to him in the past about both when having difficulty myself with both of them. Both nothing but liars who will do anything to have their dirty little mitts in your bank account.

Possibly, who knows. Is it expensive running your own affiliate network? I thought if it was the casino network having financial troubles that it would have been one of those to go first. I have never run my own brands but I am under the impression if you have your own affiliate network then that would kind of run itself until you have to make payments to everyone.

Rovert Affiliates were recently audited over at AGD and they scored very badly. One of the members links them to another awful affiliate brand.

The lack of communication from Trevor and Prem has been shocking, especially with all the UK regulations over the last few years. From my experiences with them its no big loss, they are the types of people this industry does not need at the helm.

Their affiliate network is ultimately ran by Mediacle and let's put it this way. There is no way on earth I'd trust the stats they come out with.

Considering you are paying their affiliates 40%, they seem to come out with some highly wild figures which equates to you making zero from the affiliate program and Mediacle taking everything and then some.

Like I have stated a few times here. I'd stay well clear of any Nektan / Mediacle setup. I've seen first hand exactly how these scumbags operate.

Anyone knows if their brands are going to shutdown as well? or is this only the affiliate program that is closing?

Pocket Vegas which is Nektan has a splash page asking people to visit Dazzle Casino which is Progress Play. Whatever the issue is it may be more concerning Nektan.

Well they should at least close the Nektan brands if this is the case and keep the affiliation open for the progress play brands.. I think they may also shaving affiliates here under the "cover" of the Nektan problems

I asked my manager if the casinos were closing, he answered me:
"We have not decided on the casino's yet but the program will be closed."

Hence, these parasites will first check if their crappy business is profitable with from affiliates stolen players.

I've met Trevor personally and he struck me as a decent guy - certainly gave me lots of good, free advice. Rovert Media is the family company running their own affiliate sites, but they seem to have outsourced Rovert Affiliates to Prem and Mediacle. I've used Mediacle for some design work and they did a good job at a decent price but their affiliate software wasn't great. Prem was responsive to any emails, though follow up was always an issue!

I'm owed some outstanding commission from them which they've promised to send before closure. I'll update here if and when that happens!

Has anyone been paid by Rovert Affiliates yet? All my emails are being ignored thus far.

As for the people sticking up for Trevor, he didn't even have the decency to contact affiliates himself regarding the closure of his network. He had Prem do it for him!

You would think someone that is so well thought of would take the time to thank everyone for all the hard work they had put in over the years in helping him build his brands.

The least they can do is pay their affiliates, since they claimed to have closed their program late last month. They have no excuses. A program once closed its doors some years back and didn't even bother to do the honoroble thing and pay out my outstanding commission of only about $200, even after chasing them up. It's very hard to put your trust in anyone when you read these shocking stories.

Even if the amount was $50 still they should pay when they close.. otherwise it's simply stealing
And the chasing thing this is outrageous.. you don't need to chase your payments

I have a question: if the program closed but casinos no, could you get any revenue or no?

Because that's unclear for me now.

When a program is closing and the casinos are not, you'll not get any commission unfortunately..
I've seen many programs closing while brands staying online during the many years I'm in this business, no one never paid any commission (some even didn't pay commission that already earned for the period before the program was shutdown...).
Many business are doing this practice unfortuantly due to many reasons but bottom line is that they can now enjoy free affiliates traffic (for a while at least) and also reducing their monthly expenses because they just shaved all their affiliates so they are not paying any commission for their existing players.. as twisted as the situation is the only tool you have is to blacklist this brands and make sure visitrs wil know about their unethical business practices!
As an affiliate, if a program closes due to business issues or something which is reasnable..I mean things happening, sometimes it's a third party (like Income access etc..) and contract ended.. I dont know but at least I would expect to get a compensation from the business for the lose of the account which are based on commission and not CPA, this way the business at least showing that it's honoring the partnerships and doing a fair business! This is my opinion at least.

You are right. Look at SkyBet ( affiliate hub ) when they closed their network in 2017. They stole all of their affiliates revenue then sold the casino brands about 12-18 months later for over ? billion. They were no longer paying affiliates and had all of that extra revenue coming in.

Exactly, thanks for bringing this up, this is a great example for a very popular version if this dubious practice, "selling the brand" as an excuse to shave all affiliates, this act most probably made them a lot of money! Our money!
