More than 3 months later and no answer from Stan James on this thread!

Stan James continues to say no quotas exist to affiliates but close accounts and several GPWA private members have proves! Despite representatives are on this forum every single day, this issues are not answered.

So what will be the GPWA position? Ignore this and continuing endorsing this program? I vote for a immediate suspension of Stan James on GPWA. Once again, this is not a isolate problem, this happen with several affiliates.

PS: I expect to not need to open this issue on other forums and after others take action GPWA follow...

Should I point this to Income Access as well, as they reply quite fast on Skype.

how is this being handled by gpwa? i mean, if the guys insist in ripping us off the least you could do is lose a buck and kick them out the door... seems lately a lot of balls are dropping here at GPWA...

I dunno, all these threads don't look good for GPWA. Any new webmasters looking at the industry won't be keen on signing up here, IMO.

indeed both Stan and gpwa dropping the ball hard... but gpwa always seemed slow on action and very diplomatic sometimes that does not cut it, each day another one of us gets scammed into one of this shaddy dealers and action should be fast and decisive imo. but you are right this kind of feedback counts for newbies that are attentive to boards, i remember something about the scamming going on at CAP, using cardspike and ripping affiliates and players alike, for me CAP is to this day a forum non grato, and by the looks of it so will be gpwa soon enough. the lack of action and posting says only that no one cares at all!

I have informed IA about this thread, and they promised to shed some light in it, but did not give me an ETA. Hopefully they will give you guys something you want to hear.

I wouldn't expect too much from IA. They still think Betfred are defendable!

Thanks xecutable but I think there is no point on a software provider take a position. The problem is with the marketing/acquisition department (or the managers), so involving 3rd parts (like software providers) only bring noise to this discussion.

More... there is 2 thing happen here... Stan James predatory behaviour and GPWA "eyes closed" while the money rolling as sponsorship. Until a representative of this 2 entities don't make a statement about this issue involving IA is pointless...

I see. I only had their contact details, and thought that representing a problematic brand, means trouble for them as well and it's in their best interest to fix things up.

    A quick update.

I receive minutes ago a private message from a Stan James representative who will working/taking knowledge on this issue. Nonetheless this should be solved a few months before... Well having someone (from stan james) looking on this, for now, is better than nothing....

Whatever the conclusions of this, its a shame the lack of action of GPWA. A simple "Dear affected private members, we are looking onto this" was sufficient...

As promised, I update this thread just to let all know my issues are solved (thanks to Garry) and I have my account reopened and all commissions paid.

Apparently the problem on my account was a migration issue. As soon I start to talk with Garry the problems are solved very quickly and the payment are made on this payment cycle.

At the end, the problem here is just a matter of miscommunication and IT (information technology) problems. SOLVED
