Thanks for the update Anthony
Thanks for the update Anthony
Nothing personal. But, investigation process must be objective. You are GPWA official representative. GPWA and StarPartner have financial relationships. StarPartner pay GPWA for sponsorship. If you investigate, that StarPartner do something illegal, you must remove StarPartner from GPWA. In this case GPWA lost StarPartner sponsorship money.
Anybody think, that GPWA may be objective and independent in this case? I don't think so.

Nor do I think the lengthy investigation took til exactly today when someone coincidentally asked for an update when it was concluded.
I'm not trying to bust balls here. I just don't understand how so much can remain under the rug for so long here. Again, remember that the sponsors are here due to the posts and membership of Gambling Portal Webmasters.
Note that the statement is not against Anthony and not speaking about just this thread/issue either.

Believe me if the contest winner turned out to be an affiliate manager for StarPartner or some other unethical scheme was uncovered, they would no longer be a sponsor of GPWA. GPWA has removed programs and has denied programs their sponsorship renewal.
Shay, I agree, the whole process takes much longer than I like but for now, I am the only one handling them. Not only are many of these issues are very time consuming to resolve, but for every affiliate complaint in the forum, I am working on several via email and PM. There is no putting things under the rug, there is a constant effort to resolve issues. Once Michael finishes with the move he will be able to help me move things along.
I am here to help if you have any issues with an affiliate program.

A lot of you received a lot of money.
And you know exactly, why.
Saved by the bell, Star Partner.
World City Berlin on October 2016 is now a safe place for you what was not all the time the case.
I hold my public promises.
Either way.
A lot of you received a lot of money.
This is very good, and I am very thankful for this.
Then all the anger and work was worth it.
I never worked with Star Partner, and I will never do.
So I have no financial benefit from it.
As in nearly all cases.
But one thing - and I mean it serious!!! - one thing I ask you to do with a very, very, very small portion of the money you received.
Please go to the next animal shelter in the next weeks.
Yes, please take pen and paper now and write it down as a notice because it's so fast forgotten.
If you have the possibility then rescue one of the pets and give her/him a home.
If you have not the possibility then please give a small donation to them in cash or via wire. You will find the phone number on the internet from the animal shelter in your city.
If you do this, then this is not something like a price. It's a fair quid pro quo and also a good thing at all, and I will continue to be on your side in the future.
Don't say yes to yourself and forget it.
Don't post here. Do it private, but do it.
Pets are helpless but honest. They would never refuse to pay you if they would be the owner of an affiliate company.
Pets are the better human.
Thank goodness they are not human.
Perhaps they would mutate to the monsters we are.

Not sure what "a lot" means to you but just to give some insight how I was compensated.
So we all know that for over a year "nothing was wrong" according to Starpartner. All claims from affiliates were lies and there was nothing wrong with their program or stats after the closure and migration...right?
Surprisingly after over a year they found a glitch.. and were going to compensate as in per their own words: "After our BI resources have thoroughly audited the casino migrations when we decommissioned casinos, we have found a few discrepancies leading to the discovery of some player accounts not being mapped correctly."
Well my compensation (can't speak for others) for a whole year was less than 2% of the annual generated commission amount. Just to make this figure clear, if you would have earned €100.000 in commission yearly in the years before migration Starpartner "found" €2000 and "gave it back" to you... now isn't that generous?!
For me, I am still waiting for this migration history.
And I'd like to know at what time the payment of the 10th business day will be respected!

Hi Celine,
We pay within the first 10 working (business) days, however we have had 2 public holidays this month which delayed the process.
The payment run is in course and should be completed by tomorrow the latest.

No hard feelings towards Starpartner team, but I have to say the value is too low to do business with them. We've sent traffic with a worth of about 10K we earned 1K. We expected at least 4K. I assume it's just a retention problem and not technical. It was high quality search traffic with online casino related keywords.
They are the worst MG program out there. Even Rewards are infinitely better despite the fact their casinos were designed in the 1980s.
They use now one of the best Affiliate Plattform but starpartners show nothing, no differente casinos...all in one stats, that is not correct. stats are allways late, other casinos (same system) update stats every 3h, so where is the problem since they moved to myaffiliates system?

Hi Marvel,
We have contacted our affiliate software provider 'MyAffiliates' to raise the data update frequency. The issue has been sorted and stats are now updating every hour. It has been tested internally.
For any other stats related issue, please contact us with your username and we will audit.
We are committed to resolving all issues to make the use of our platform seamless and transparent.
regards,
StarPartner Team.

Dear Affiliates,
As promised couple of months ago, we have recently introduced a new feature called the Geo Redirect Tool which allows you to redirect your traffic (from countries we do not accept) to a URL of your choice.
This newly introduced function will benefit you by giving you control of your traffic that we do not accept at our brands due to licensing or legislation in banned countries so you can monetize it.
How it works:
- To Find the Geo Redirect Tool;
Log into your Affiliate Account> Marketing > Geo Redirects> Manage Geo-Redirects.- Then Click on the ‘Action’ button of the country for which you wish to enter a Geo Redirect URL. It will only accept urls with the format https:// ...
- Your request will be set to ‘pending approval’ until your affiliate manager validates it to avoid any mistakes.
- For the Geo Redirect Tool to work, you need to be using our new links from the MyAffiliates system. Please update if you still have the old StarPartner system links.
For those who will be attending the BAC2016 next week, please contact us to set up a meeting and discuss further...
Best regards,
StarPartner Team

Hello Fabrice,
Je crois que ca ne fonctionne pas.
J'essaie depuis tout a l'heure. Je met l'url, cela se met en chargement et rien ne se fait.
I think it does not work.
I tried for just now. I put the url, it starts loading and nothing gets done.
Thank you
Hi Celine,
The steps in my previous post need to be followed to make this tool work.
I have emailed you to go through the whole process.
regards,
StarPartner Team
