They must be making up for yesterday morning's update, as they (along with Gala) have yet to update despite having "completely different data warehouses".

I would probably be willing to bet the farm that yesterday's run was done with their duplicate suppression software "off" and today's has the software back "on" - just an educated hunch.

The seemingly never-ending saga continues. Now today, there appears to be an updated stats run - but no revenue (for the entire month) or conversions (for the day) showing. Also seems to be a partial list of player activity, which shows activity but does not translate to revenue.

Update: suspected errors for 12 Feb now appear to be resolved.

In the interest of being unbiased - stats "appear" to be good today and they were updated at what I would consider "normal" time.

Still waiting on stats for the 8th to be fixed. As a reminder, before the stats run, I had clicks. After the stats run, the clicks were not listed.

Also still waiting on an explanation for (and return of) the disappearing players - namely how do we go from 20 active players on a day to 14 actives.

It is clear to me that whoever is tinkering with the settings for the award winning software is working a bit over his/her head.

Still waiting on the "disappearing players" issue as well as the "disappearing clicks" issue - which was first disclosed well over a month ago.

Also still confused on how one report shows new players and another report does not.

It is pathetic that I feel as if I have to babysit here. Stats today are short one signup from 1 March. I'm not certain how exactly a signup disappears - but then again, I am still awaiting a response on the disappearing clicks and disappearing players issue that I've messaged Anthony about before he vanished. Sarah has also been brought into the loop as of nearly a month ago --- still no word, no update, no explanation, and no return of said players/clicks.

"Looking into it" does not mean placing the issue under the rug.

I know you guys wear many hats (affiliate manager = finance team = promo creators = email marketing specialists)... the email offer you sent today was good, but while you're writing up the daily offer to email out to everyone, can you please pick your head up and press the update button?

While you're at it, I'd like an update on what has been found on the issues I've been banging on about.

The stats kinda update whenever they feel like it, so it seems. I've observed clicks, registrations, and players vanish since I first began taking an active interest in what I first believed was only a delay in reporting.

From my point of view it is all extremely frustrating. Generally speaking, I like what Coral has to offer their customers and they have converted reasonably well. But the numerous issues we're having with the stats, as well as the length of time this has been going on combined with the inability to identify, communicate, and fix these problems is extremely frustrating. Other programs would love to have their spots and level of exposure on our network...

Looking forward to hearing the response to my partner regarding the Coral/Income Access stats irregularities, inconsistencies, and mismatches (reports not matching up when cross-checked) and also looking forward to receiving an "on time" payment today.

How were your conversions to Coral over Cheltenham? Ours were a disaster, but lots of clicks. Duplicate suppression software working overtime?

mine seemed fine to be fair, although the revenue was ****, but can't blame that on anyone apart from the horses
