stats issue on multiple brands using IA

Title says it all. Coral, Gala, United Commissions all having stats issues today.

Hi Shay,

Coral appears to be missing stats from yesterday - Our team has been looking into it this morning.

We checked Gala and United Commissions and didn't see anything peculiar - can you elaborate on the issues you're having with these two?

No player data for all three from yesterday. Also, upon first login this morning - all three showed 0 for income on the month. The zero has been replaced since then with the proper amounts (minus yesterday's stats) to the best of my knowledge.

This morning, Gala is showing "half-assed" data from Wednesday player activity. Player data is beginning to show but it is not translating to the earnings report. Still no info from Coral or United Commissions for Wednesday activity.

United Commissions "appeared" to have updated for Thursday activity, as had Gala and Coral from what I can tell. Wednesday for all three of them is still AFU from my point of view (no player data from United Commissions at all for Wednesday. Also no records returned from Coral for Wednesday).

When is this issue going to be fixed in full (permanently as opposed to happening regularly)?

Hi Shay,

Thanks for your feedback. We wanted to provide you with some context on how affiliate statistics are sent from our clients and are then imported into the IA software:

The majority of our clients are responsible for providing us with the statistical data from the affiliate channel via CSV file once daily. These files are dropped onto our FTP and are then batched into the IA system for that client.

Statistical data can be delayed for a variety of reasons. Our team audits statistics regularly to make sure that the data displayed is 100% accurate. If we notice a discrepancy, we make it a priority to speak with the appropriate parties to ensure everything affiliates see in the reports is correct.

In this specific case, we have been in talks with the clients you mentioned above regarding the statistics for the 26^th and are looking to have this resolved and uploaded as soon as possible.

As many operators run on our software and every client is different in terms of how their data is structured, we suggest you speak directly to your contact(s) for each operator when you notice a stats related issue as they will be able to give you a clear and concise answer as to what happened and what they will be doing to correct it.

Personally, I think it is a bit problematic for both IA and the brands when proper day-to-day operations cannot be tended to while marketing managers are on the road trying to stump for new affiliates and away from the office.

Still anxiously awaiting updates from Gala, Coral, and Market Ace.

For the first two (Gala and Coral), I cannot close out the books on the month until they update for the last day of the month.

I was also interested in what Gooner said on one of the threads that his stats show he earns less per player with IA firms. I can echo that, and certainly for recent months.

Coral: Please update last month's stats and please dump your 'duplicate suppression' software. I just can't trust the stats while you are adjusting them in advance of upload. I already have proof it is stripping away referrals, well we proved that together.

Betfred: Please update stats for Jan 28 & 29 and return the missing columns in the reports (less transparency will not make you more money from affiliates, only less).

We completely agree that updated stats are pivotal to the success of an affiliate programme both for affiliates and acquisition specialists. We take updating stats as the highest priority, and work with brands that are behind or have missed a daily import right away to ensure missing stats are imported and available for affiliates. Income Access prioritizes importing missing stats above all else we work on internally.

We notify brands that have missing stats and work with them to get them update as soon as possible. That being said, if we have not receive files in our daily file delivery, we cannot import. If brands have continuing problems with updating stats daily, we work with them to find more permanent solutions.

We continue to welcome affiliates to notify both operators and Income Access when stats are missing, but please rest assured that this is monitored by our brands and us and we work directly with them in advance of even being notified publicly to get them updated in the quickest way possible.

Sorry to hijack this thread but its possible to change charts library's on software? There is no point on now days to use flash anymore and is annoying to check every merchant on a mobile device.

we've heard this a thousand times now, and still we have stats issues

No need to discuss this trough pm or call, thanks anyway.

I'm just suggesting replace the chart library, that one on dashboard once you login.

You can replace that with a paid library like: https://www.highcharts.com/ or a free one like: https://www.chartjs.org/ (or any other, there is plenty of alternatives this days).

Or simple disabling on mobile devices (IE: no check on flash player) to avoid the javascript warning messages.

here's a response from another income access powered brand i work with and i believe this one as some of the stats for the days in question were loaded yet half arsed so somebody had the data to load -

"I was working with Income Access on this issue at the back ground. It seemed that there was a issue at the Income Access end as they could not upload the reports on time"

It's pretty pathetic, the amount of income access brands i'm having issues with at the minute, but yet it's supposed to be each of the individual brands faults for not providing the data? Trust in these programs is rapidly going downhill, you don't know if the stats are being tinkered with, how accurate they are, information is appearing then disappearing days later or the bottom line if you are actually going to get paid for the previous month and when as it doesn't look like the previous month has been closed off due to missing data.

It's a bit of a problem and wheeling out the pr bollox doesn't cut it.

Oh dear. Even more IA stats problems. Glad I dropped and reduced my exposure to most IA programs months, if not years ago due to these issues being raised and nothing done about them. That's the only viable fix at the moment!

I just added Dublin to myt rogue section, links did not work and they didnt tell me, see ya. Another IA program tried to bet on my network today, they sent me a link to use and it DID NOT WORK!

What a waste, I will no longer work with anyone in IA.. Idiots and A-Holes.. JUNK
