Stats still completely wrong

Hello to all,

Although Bewinners claim their stats are working now, I have strong doubts they did track everything correctly this month.

We have a fixed Bwin.com banner on our home page, which is obviously displayed for every visitor. Now according to Google Analytics we've had 561,451 visits this month to the homepage.

Our Bewinners stats show 109,036 "Page impressions", which I suppose are times Bwin.com banners were displayed.

This is a 500% difference! I've already asked my Account Manager at Bwin.com to explain this, but he also plays dumb and responds to my other questions without replying to this one at all.

Anyone else with similar experience?

There are at least 4 days missing from the stats, assuming the ones already up are correct. I'm not even surprised they messed this up...

I'm not talking about a couple of days - with some 25,000 visits daily which we have this makes a difference of some 15-17 days!

Have you checked the T&C's to make sure that they don't reduce banner impressions to 20% after so many days?

Doesnt sound good, but playing tech games with basic affiliate reps won't get you nowhere, most of em are sales people get paid 2% of your take, have no clue what a log file even is..sad but true, if things get bad like this.. its bad management in terms of the affiliate program and time to look elsewhere? Buy try asking for a new affiliate rep first.. good companies will have a sit down and replace your affiliate rep regardless.. If you are making bank, you will get better reps when ask, but if you dont ask the management won't ever know..

This is why companies come out and have dinners and stuff with their big clients.. they are looking to get a feel of how things are going.. not just coming out to give you a free dinner fro your past good business

Hi all,

Google anaytics tracks the number of visitors that visit the webpage regardless of the content of the webpage.
Textlinks are not displayed in the "page impressions" report: "page impressions" only refer to opened pages that display a banner.

That's the reason for the difference google analytics/page impressions.

In my stats Oct. 30 shows all zeros here, while well over 200 customers actually placed bets, any explanation on this, mallai ?
