The APCW has made a short video (under 2 minutes) that sums up what's going on with this law, and how it will affect US Players. This video is designed for the players, and is an attempt to motivate them to action.
If you think it's too late, don't be so sure. Remember when they passed the bill to have US Ports run by an Arab country? The public went crazy, and they reversed the bill. Let's do the same!
There are three versions of the video to distribute: High Resolution, Low resolution, and an embedded flash movie at APCW.org/law. Download them, put them on your sites, hotlink to them, send them in emails... it doesn't matter, just do something for the love of all that's holy!

Good stuff! Someone needs to alert the media to this video and how it's going to affect those who are already in business.
Isn't it ridiculus that they dont want us to gamble from these offshore companies, but they don't do squat about sending jobs out of our country?
