Where are we to view US player stats, are you keeping them within the Vegas Affiliates stats program or do we need to go to a completely different affiliate program to view them?

VA's lack of communication on this issue is starting to look suspicious.
Can we get someone from the GPWA to ask VA to follow-up on this.
Although there may be some Micro's that we have yet to hear from about the US Player migration, the sheer size of VA and the number of years they have been serving the affiliate community makes a response from them on this matter of great importance to many affiliates.

If an affiliate program is not small affiliate friendly (especially small US Affiliate), then they are NOT Affiliate Friendly!
Already on it.
Plus I asked them who should get notified now when there is a post in the VA forum.

Hi All,
Sorry for not answering earlier.
We will be reporting the US player statistics as always within the VegasAffiliates Program. You will still see all your stats there.
Kind regards,
Will the stats be added in to the regular section or is there a new property that will appear or ??
Does each individual casino have a us facing version?

Why does the VA rep come here and then ignore some questions?
I will ask again and this time in more detail.
Since you have 6 different casinos, and since us players can not sign up for a players account, if an affiliate is us based they have no way of knowing what the heck you are doing with us players because to my knowledge you have never provided a full detailed explanantion of what you are doing.
Have you created 6 full us facing casinos, one for each non- us facing casino, or will you be moving us players to a single casino, or some other number between 1 and six?
Will the stats for us players be combined with non us players, or will they be shown seperately in the stats system?
This is a pretty big change to the way in which VA is handling a group of players and I wonder why we have to ask in the first place, (let alone numerous times) for a full and detailed explanation of what has and is taking place.
Every single Micro operator should have disclosed these details to affiliates, but most of us have spent the last few weeks asking dozens of questions when disclosing EVERYTHING to us fully and completly would certainly go a long way toward making us all feel more comfortable about continuing to promote you.

Hi all,
I apologise for my delay in replying. I can assure you that it is only because I am finalising some of the details myself, ironing out a few of the last cracks before I give any definitive answer. I would like to be able to post one comprehensive post that will answer all of your questions. It is only because I would like to get these last couple of details resolved first so that there will not be any loose ends untied. I just ask that you are patient for a little while longer and then all of your queries will be dealt with. Please bear in mind that we have had a lot of technical details to deal with so I have not had as much time to answer affiliate queries as I would have liked, although I can confirm we are nearly there and everything will be explained very soon.

In June I don't see stats for US players in my VA account. Please, let me know where I can find it.
So does that mean this was all done without any planning?although I can confirm we are nearly there and everything will be explained very soon.
Before you answer that, if in fact it was planned, then tell us don't hold back.....if it was planned you already have the answers to our questions, you just aren't providing them.

Dear Affiliates,
We are very pleased to announce that we have finished testing the functionality of the VA backend regarding US player statistics. All data is successfully being received.
We just have some final decisions to make. Our last big decision is whether we want to upload the data of US players onto existing brands or create two new brands that will house US data. This is being discussed at length with the Vegas Affiliate Team and the marketing team, and we can assure you that this will reach a conclusion and be implemented shortly. We expect to have these final decisions resolved by the end of the month.
We promise to keep you updated on any developments and hope you understand that any delay has been both for the benefit of affiliates and the efficient running of the affiliate program.
Kind regards,
Vegas Affiliate Team
Does this mean you have decided to create a totally seperate system? >

Hi Arkyt,
I can assure you that the email you recieved has nothing to do with US players. Since Monica's departure recently we have had to assign her affiliates new account managers. You were under Monica, so when we assigned you a new affiliate manager you automatically were sent the welcome email.
Apologies for any confusion, I understand it must have appeared a little strange.
We look forward to speaking with you soon.
Kindest regards,
Vegas Affiliates
Hi there Arkyt,
I can reply that one. I am no longer with Vegas Affiliates.
As I mentioned before I still retained a couple of affiliate key accounts which needed problem solving, but I have finished my analysis and turned those in to the current marketing director.
I am still asking about the results and any due payments almost daily and I am sure they are doing their best to comply with my requests. It is harder for me to see the progress when not there anymore but VA has some very capable staff and I am sure they will sort things as quickly as possible.
Regarding the US players issue, we should wait a tad longer so everything gets into place, there are alot of decisions to be made regarding software, operations, etc so I would allow them a couple of weeks to get everything on track and get clearer replies on here.
Take care,
Monica
PS - Arkyt you have been great throught all this waiting and I am sure good things will come to those who wait.

Hi Affiliates,
<O
We are very pleased to let you all know that all US player Stats will be resolved by tomorrow evening. While we are in the process of migrating the players to their old Player ID’s your stats will display 0 for July. <O></O>
When US players were converted over to the new .net sites they also received new IDs. The reason we have taken some time over this is because we needed to decide if we were going to implement two new merchants for the .net casinos, or if we were to import data into the existing ones. We decided the latter and have been mapping the US players to their old Affiliate Player ID's, meaning they will all appear under their IDs in your stats. <O
We apologise for the time this has taken, but we can also assure you that it has been for the benefit of affiliates and to make sure everything runs smoothly from now on and all data is completely accurate.<O></O>
Thank you all for your patience. <O
Kind regards,<O

Thanks for the information. I hope I will see my US Players stats for June also, because I don't see my old US players stats for June.
Yes, June figures also need to be addressed, not just July.
