bubulink! I did not appreciate your threatening PM. Being nasty is not a way to conduct business; Especially when you are asking for help. BingoPlayersUnion has nothing to do with the content listed on the Warning Pages. All the information was placed there by the legal owners of Bigtime Bingo, Online Bingo and Bingo Palace. The Yates Family are not the legal owners! The owners listed our site so players, effected by the shut downs, had a place to go for further information and possible help in obtaining funds owed to them.

I will email you the name and email address of the party responsible for the content of the Warning Pages. I will also contact them for an explanation of why your site is on the list. In the meantime, I will remove any reference to your site until we have an outcome to your complaint.

The questions you have should be directed towards the ones who created the list.

The Bingo Players Union's staff is assisting you. They offered to email the information of who created the warning page (again stressing it was not them) and contact them directly for you to understand why you are on the list in the first place. Plus removed any reference of your site while this is getting sorted. If it was me my reply would have been - Thank You.

I hope it does get resolved and I thank BPU for helping you regardless.

I believe I was quite clear in my explanation and addressed your concerns, yet you continue to rant and threaten. If you are not understanding what is being said here, perhaps you should get some help. Once again: Bingo Players Union did not make that list! Bingo Players Union did not put that list.

I think between his broken english and his emotions getting the best of him that bubulink has been misunderstood and has misunderstood some of the "help" here and does not know where to redirect his anger in this situation. Hopefully he will calm down soon and show his thanks to those that have helped get this closer to being resolved, that being his site being removed from those lists.

I have known and worked with bubulink for many years and it is quite obvious to me that his site was added to those lists by mistake...I am at a loss as to how the association could have possibly made other then he has the .net to one of the .coms in the list.

yeah, i wanted to write that... but the guy started to threat me like a **** over PM.. i'm a friendly guy, but the guys can't say "please" or "thank you".. therefor i was pissed off.. and ignored his future posts.. we ALL tried to "help" him.. but his everypost was: "attack", "threats", "you idiots(i feeled so)"..

so, i think WE all deserve an "excuse me" from bubulink.. but you know what.. i don't need it..
adiós bubulink and have a great day..

I'm a tad ticked off at bubulink! Last night, just before going to bed, I checked my email and found a message from my domains hosts law-firm. The message went on to say "While SiteGround does not take a position on this complaint, they ask that you please review the complaint, and your website, to ensure that you comply with SiteGround’s Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy." More than likely I should expect to hear from Google on this also.

I'm sorry but octavian aka bubulink is a nutcase! Instead of handling his concerns as a real business person would, he acted like a screaming child. He sent me and other GPWA Members nasty PM's or was just plain nasty in his reply's to members posts. His concerns were addressed just hours after he presented them here, yet he had already reported my site to my host and Google. Not having a grasp on the English Language is not an acceptable excuse for this kind of behavior. Perhaps bubulink's membership should be suspended for a time, based on his bad conduct. Does anyone else see it that way. He received the outcome he wanted, but left some of us in a mess.

I did receive a reply from the real author of the Warning Page on this issue. He said"
It is a mistake - we were told by an internal employee that it was on their list of urls or urls to acquire so maybe they were not successful in acquiring it. We will remove it from the list today.
It appears that the Yates also had an interest in buying the Slotcenter.net url, but bubulink acquired it first.
