I am strongly recommended to stay away from this program. They always forget about affiliate btags. They use cross-marketing and other predatory methods like this. They stealing players and use BP campains against GPWA affiliates.

A lot of companies have tracker codes that do not show up after you click on them. Some of the good companies you can see the tracking code when you click but others (A+ Sportsbooks mostly) have the tracking codes disapear.

I Have to stand up for Star Partner here as I can honestly say I have worked with them for over 10 years and they are one of the few Microgaming Casinos I trust and that is saying a lot because I have lost faith in the majority of Microgaming Casinos over the years due to various issues.

We also test our links extensively - especially on Microgaming and have not picked up the above issue with Star Partner on our side.

    Old story https://www.active-income.com/forum/star-part...on-192623.html
cross-marketing e-mails from Star Partnes without affiliate tags.

And this is only one part. Worse things happened in Russian Language GPWA forum.
cross-marketing e-mails, information from former Star Partners managers, that this program
stealing players from affiliates. Not all players, only highrollers, from some affiliates.

I never work with this program, only what i do, i post that this is wrong. Post here, at GPWA forum.
After this Star Partners create fake affiliate account here, at GPWA (on Russian language forum) and start
    BP compain against me.

It is the only microgaming program with just 4 subsequent months available in the stats, no archive available, previous months are only provided on request.

This is 2013 not the 90s, come on!

    Dear Moonlight Cat,

The issue that you are referring to from 2010 has been resolved to our affiliates satisfaction. As explained 3 years ago, we admitted to making a mistake and all the players were mapped to their respective affiliates as agreed.
We have learned a great deal over the years and have used this experience to grow stronger and become a better affiliate program who's terms and conditions are considered far more favorable than other programs that have since been exposed.
It appears that you have formulated an opinion of Star Partner without working with us in the past. Most of what you say is not based on facts and I am sure that the members of GPWA would prefer facts? Should you have any firsthand experience or concerns then please let me know so I can resolve them for you. We are always available for discussion and endeavor to answer all queries quickly and in a satisfactory manner.

We can never proclaim to be perfect but it is with the help of our affiliates, these forums and our friends and partners in the industry that we will continue to grow, improve and strive for perfection.

    Kind regards,
    Star Partner

    Dear Silke!
Yes i never work with Star Partners. I only post, that i think that your cross-marketing e-mails is cheating. After this Star Partners manager Evgeny Samarov:

1.) Create fake account "fliii" here at GPWA and start BP compain.

    https://www.active-income.com/forum/starpartn...191744/p3.html

And this is only at English Forum. At Russian language forum Evgeny Samarov "fliii" also
try to discredit me in front of other Russian-speaking GPWA members. You think this is normal???

    https://www.active-income.com/forum/star-partner-192333.html

p.s. If somebody cheats you one time, sooner or later they try to cheat you again.

    MoonliteCat,

As a member of the Security and Membership Team here at the GPWA, any time there is an allegation of duplicate accounts like this it should be taken directly to the team. I apologize we missed this in the past, but it is being investigated.

Any time that anyone has any proof of this, please send it privately to myself, Anthony or Paolino so we may investigate.

Star partner has long been in problems with placing proper btag codes. This is been going on since 2009. The cnoclusion you can pull end of 2013, is they knowingly remove btag codes. There is no other answer left afther 4 jears doing this.
Moreover, players disappear also into a black hole. Specially vip players.

    Currently:
Currently they have updated the Vegas partner pages. On The bottom of the page they link to new pages inside Vegas partner and have made reviews about the brands.

From there, there is a Playnow now button and a visit site button. Try the play now button, it will forward you in to a registration form with no btag included.

Well done again! (4 jears now !!!! )

    Hi Gok,

Thanks for letting us know that there is a problem with the btag tracking.
We have done our checks and done an overall sweep across all our brands. Subsequently we made updates respectively.

Please note with emphasis, that we strongly believe in conducting ourselves with integrity and reliability. We do by all means not steal players from our affiliates, nor do we remove banner tags at all. We are eCOGRA regulated which means we are regularly audited by them. They do, by no means, tolerate indescrepencies.

Validity should accompany these accusations, you should at least back up your statments with facts. Provide us with those facts and we can sort any issues out from there.

We look forward to hearing from you, and welcome all question or issues anybody might have.

    Kind regards,
    Silke</SPAN>

    Hi Silke,

Why should I or we (your partners) make any accusations?
The only thing we want is a good bussiness and results. Is'nt it? Why do we work with you if we want to accusate you? Ask Pauline how many times in the past jears I have pointed you about the missing BTAG codes.

    Back to the point:

Afther my post yesterday, you have asked your team to fix those missing BTAG code's today, realy didnt you??? (today) and you just come here and tell me I make accusations whithout saying sorry it was our fault we fixd it. You realy think this is classy?

p.s. They tryed to fix them "quick" today, exept they forgot to fix 777 Dragon it forwards in to a 404 page! and other brands dosent load at all (on firefox) Maybe you can ask them to recheck!

    - scroll down to end of the page click on vegas partner lounge logo on the right, click on it, it will forward you to vegas partner lounge.
    - now scroll down to the very end of the page and select 777 dragon (dont click on logo's but tekst links), again scroll down, click on play now. You see the 404 page currently. Same problem for Sun vegas, River Nile, and Cinema casino, it does not load or does not forward the btag code.

The guys did there very best this morning to fix the links asap from forwarding the direct "no btag registration links" in to "download pages", they just didnt dubbel check if they left any non working pages. Well check your self.

    Hi Gok,

Thanks for letting us know that there still are issues. I had my designer look into the coding and there is no longer a break in the btag carrying through. Please do a check for yourself.
Should you experience any further issues, just let us know and we will solve it from our side.

    Kind regards,
