Exclamation Warning !!!!!!! BetMaster are not paying their affiliates - March 2021 (RESOLVED)

    Hi Everyone,

I am writing here to warn you all about promoting Betmaster. They don't pay their affiliates.

I had been chasing BetMaster through forum, Linkedin, Skype and emails.
They owe us a big chunk of money.
They keep promising to pay, but don't be fooled with it.

Now I heard that they don't have enough budget to process the affiliate payments.

I researched, you can do your own as well.. it is everywhere, many affiliates are struggling with them and not getting paid.

    Be careful!!!!!

Such a shame operations like that exist and still trying to take advantage of the affiliates! How can you trust a company who doesn't pay their partners? I wonder if they are even paying to their players ?

They also changed their payout amount. When I signed up the minimum was 50EUR. After trying to process a cash out, the manager said it was an error and now my minimum is 500EUR lol.

I've been sending them sign ups and had activity/commissions prior to 2021. The last 3 months, no activity at all. They seem pretty dodgy from what I've read on other forums too.

It will be good, if any representative from the company can show up and give a reasoanble explanation.

Chaning the min. payout from 50 to 500 eur, is pretty lame and big shame.

Next step to 5000 and close of program.

Me, personally I will remove all their tracking links and banners from my sites.

Yes I think I need to start removing my reviews & banners for them too. Shame, they actually had a decent casino and sportsbook platform.

Our affiliate manager is literally leaving us on read. Not answering us anymore. Waiting for commission generated in January 2021 to be paid.

Dear Affiliates, we are starting to pay out all our debts. We are doing it slowly, but surely - the first payments have gone out. If you haven't received your payment yet, please do not worry - you will see it land in your account soon.

@afrekomedia I will make sure your manager contacts you.

    Hi all,

Just wanted to confirm that we have received all outstanding payments from Betmaster Partners, and that our balance has been settled.

    Hello,

We have been waiting for our commission quite long. We wered promissed to be paid (our invoice, bank wire) by today, but no payment. We also have sent plenty of reminders via Skype and Email...

    Their T&C clearly state:

Your payment will be made the following calendar month, with the money going to your chosen payment method.

GPWA, please help to fix it.

    Hi Maria (GPWA Maria)

Still no payment... they promissed to send a proof of payment today, but nothing happened. This is very unprofessional since they breach their own T&C that clearly state that the payment would be made the following calendar month.

Your payment will be made the following calendar month, with the money going to your chosen payment method.
    Just to note:
    - invoice duly sent and approved via email and skype
    - they promissed to pay in June
    - the managers say they can do nothing about late or no payments (as they are not responsible for this)

So, I'm asking now, who is responsible for all the Finance?

We have several sportsbook & casino brands across the globe. Our product is high quality and our conversions to ftd are excellent. So we will be able to convert any traffic you send us quickly and efficiently. We use powerful affiliate software with real-time reporting and everything an affiliate needs to successfully bring us traffic. We have experienced managers who will guide you through the integration process. Once we have successfully worked the first month, we will configure auto-payments and our future cooperation will be seamless and hassle-free.

Really? It sounds like a joke... I'm keeping asking for the payment for a couple of weeks now. I have read all the complaints here and see they are not going to change for a better. Same story again, again and all over again.

    Hi all,

We are having the same issue with them. They owe us roughly €56,000 (in fact it was around €70K, but they claimed that somehow about 20% of our players self-limited themselves, and they are not going to pay for those. Although, when we started our partnership we agreed that there won't be any deductions for self-limits, closed accounts etc. In all cases, 20% is unbelievable as we never had such an issue both with them and with other partners before). Their affiliate manager Phil replies to our messages maximum once a day or in 3-5 days when he even replies. He keeps promising that the amount will be paid. The debt was more than €80K, but they paid the invoice of one of the months last month and the remaining is about €56,000. The problem started since 6-7 months ago. The suprising part is that Betmaster was one of our very good partners for a long time and they never delayed their payments. At some point they even agreed to pay weekly, because we were sending large amount of traffic and there were months when they paid us for €200,000+ worth traffic. Both parties were quite satisfied with each other before. We still can't believe how such a strong partner of ours can become such a troublesome. This is a shame indeed, but I still believe they have some serious troubles internally.

We decided to start legal proceedings against them and we are just waiting for a few more days as they promised they would pay all outstanding payments until mid-July. Let's see. I'll update others about the process.

We are now in contact with our legal team and they say that all overdue balances trigger penalty interests. As their company is located in Cyprus (EU member), EU Directive's provissions apply (https://europa.eu/youreurope/busines...t/index_en.htm). It also results from the the International Accounting Standards (IAS) that we have to calculate penalty interests on all late payments and make relevant accruals for the income.

Unfortunately, maybe that is the only way to deal with unprofessional companies.

They're not paying affiliates and they aren't paying players either. We've had a player seeing a big withdrawal denied with a FU-term that states that they can refuse to pay without giving any reason.

    A rogue clip joint.

    Dear All,

Betmaster are still playing their own game and do everything NOT TO PAY invoices.
I'm fed up with their funny explanations, excluses and other silly stuff like:

"Well, kindly note that I don't deal with the payments and this is not up to me"
"Crypto payments are slow for us now"
"Finance said it will be settled by next wednesday"
    "Payment doesnt depend on me"
"(...) it will be sent before end of week. Will get PoP when I get it"
"(...) waiting for finance atm to forward me pop"
"(...) will check with finance about it"
"(...) it seems it was signed off on but hasn't left our bank yet.waiting for pop from finance"
"(...) it seems there are problems sending SEPA at the momeny"

    THIS IS JOKE!!!

The best is to take a legal action against them if your commission is also high amounts like ours. We gave them a final notice until the end of this month and counting days with our lawyers to take it to the next level.
