FTD 6 - 10 = 45%

FTD 11 - 25 = 50%

That didn't really answer my question eg... Tom goes to Rioaffiliate casino deposits and loses $/€1,000 .. what is the typical net profit on average? is it $1,000 = 40% $400? I suppose my question is what are the typical fee's and how many are there?
