    Default Winner Affiliates Account Question

Hi, I am new to this forum, but i want to congratulate you on a great thing you do here.

I have a problem with Winner Affiliates. At the start of last month, i asked my account manager ( Mr. Ofir Gerzon ) if I can promote the CPA deal at Winner Poker, he agreed and without the standard 100 points that is written in T/C. I said ok and started promoting to friends, poker players at the poker table and so on. At the end of the month i brought to Winner Poker 14 new depositing players, at this moment i received an email from my account manager that says that I will not get paid because my players didn't made alot of rake and did not made the 100 points. Now i receive another email that states i will receive a revenue share of 40$ for 14 depositing players instead of 980$ that was on the CPA deal.
Is this the right procedure with Winner Affiliates or I am the only case ?

I really think this is something stinky and i will not stop until i will get the Commission for what i worked.

    Hi
This is typical situation at two brands who got ipoker skins CPA deals: EuroPartners and Winner are worst aff programs I ever seen and I know.
I ve never ever meet an affiliate who is happy and wasnt ****** by them. So you re not alone I know at least 10 similar stories.

Leave them. There are many good poker rooms and casinos to promote intead of this ****.

    Default Fraud

Winner Affiliates has conducted a thorough investigation into the claims made here. All evidence points to an obvious case of fraud. Of course, we pay and have always paid all affiliates who actually refer real players to us, and that is why we maintain an excellent reputation in the online gaming industry.

That being said, we will not pay any affiliates who commit acts of fraud.

Exclamation Everybody says fraud when they don't want to pay....

I just want to say that everyone who says fraud to my account they are nuts. I just promoted to friends, poker buddies and people I may know to play poker, we don't many visits per day ( at my website i refer) as for Winner Poker i am ashamed that i promoted them, if the same they threat their players... i will not encourage nobody to play there. I will not make this a personal vendetta against Winner Poker because they are so greedy and do those crazy stunts....maybe they should consider better their affiliate managers and all their staff.

From now one everybody who promotes Winner Poker will experience whit what i deal know. If you have a small website and want to promote some poker room, think twice and do your digging about them.

If anybody thinks and want to demonstrate that this is not a fraud account just contact me here and I will show everything he/she wants.

    Default CPA deals

So sad to hear your story - it seems that some affiliate programs have a new strategy - offer CPAs, take the traffic and then refuse to pay. They probably come from the CPays school of Affiliate management.

Move on and dont waster your energy anymore . There are decent playtech brands out there that you can promote - may i suggest one such brand - Bet365 poker , they probably wont do a CPA but you will get paid for everything that you send.

Thank you theGman for your thoughts, i really think that is the strategy and why some great people also left from playtech brands. I have also promoted other brands and no problems there with any of them except Winner. Sad to say this i am very disappointed in those affiliates but i will move on.

Here is the situation as I understand it:

    1. The affiliate recruited players by speaking with friends and poker players he met while playing at live games.
    2. There were 14 total depositors under the affiliates’ account.
    3. The affiliate received an email indicating CPA would not be awarded because of the failure of the players to meet the points requirement.
    4. The affiliate was offered payment in the amount of the revenue share earnings in order to maintain a productive relationship despite the affiliate not qualifying for commissions under the standard CPA terms.
    5. The affiliate believes Ofri Gerzon agreed to a CPA deal without the standard 100 points requirement. Winner Affiliates believes they did not grant an exemption to this requirement, which is stated in their CPA terms and conditions.

It seems like a very clear-cut question -- did the affiliate and Winner Affiliates enter into an agreement that excluded the points requirement that is part of their affiliate terms and conditions?

Pokernewdeal, if you did receive a special arrangement that meant your earnings would be calculated differently than by their standard procedure as stated in their terms and conditions, it would be helpful for those of us reading this report to see the material you received from Winner Affiliates that states this exemption. I've seen from Winner Affiliates some additional information about this account that matches patterns that occur in many fraud cases, and I find it hard to believe that the company would agree to waive the requirement designed to ensure player value. Very surprising, and very hard to believe without seeing evidence. Can you please post the message or documentation you received from them where they agreed to waive the points requirement?

Angry When i though that someone can clear this story ...

I was wrong when i thought that someone wants to clear this situation and the world to know it.
It seems now someone change the title of my thread from " Problem with Winner Affiliates<wbr>. " into " Winner Affiliates Account Question ", this makes me sad and also the other talks i had with Winner Affiliates managing team .

As for the emails i received from Winner Affiliates i will post them below.

    Hi Marin,

    This is good news.

For this CPA I will not ask for points limit but you know the business, the traffic that you bring need to play in our room, not only deposit.

    Subject: Regarding CPA program

    Hello,

I want to wish you a great new year with lots of fulfilled dreams and a great financially outcome.

I was just browsing for a good CPA program to introduce in your website
(pokernewdeal.com) and stumble upon your deal at Winner affiliates, i looked and could not believe, your are the only affiliate manager that could offer us something real, that we could work on. So i downloaded the banners, computed and article regarding winner poker room and starting promoting.
Now i hope we bring some traffic in the months that come but for one thing i was confused, the players I bring have to accumulate some points, and have to deposit a certain amount of money, that is all i want to know, it's kind of gray area for me.

Thank you in advance for reading this email and clarifying this for me.

And i will go further than this, in the event that you don't agree with me and think that the deal was without points, some players did accumulate 100 points as stated in T/C but Winner Affiliate management team doesn't want to pay the commission.

For any other clarification please free to contact me...

Does this not say it all ? Or is this email in dispute

    Hi everybody,

If you are wondering if there was any progress in this situation, well...there isn't. Same general stuff, as for this program i have removed it from my website and hopefully never to return, if you experience problems with this program feel free to post here.

    Good luck.
