Default Winner affiliates commissions delayed (resolved)

I’ve started my cooperation with Winner in the winter 2013. At first I was only promoting casino.
In June 2013 my manager, Aviv Zhiv asked me if there’s a possibility to send poker’s traffick.
I’ve accepted that proposal, offering poker’s league with adding pool of prizes which was $2000 (3 months of tournaments).

Deal that I received was $100 CPA, deposit baseline $20. In July 2013 I’ve referred 42 players, who made a deposit. Ive got the commission without any problems.

In August I’ve recommended 21 depositors. From that time my problems with Winner has just started. I got the information from my manager, that the Winner didn’t get the refund from investment after one month (sic!) and the revenues from the referred players didn’t cover the amount of my commission ($2100).

I decided to stay calm and find a win-win solution, as I didn’t have any problems with Winner ever before. The only term of paying out $2100 was recommending 40 players, who were supposed to generate min. $20 rake. With full acceptance by Poker Manager I’ve reorganized League in the way, that will provide more revenues to Winner (move money from tournaments to rake race).

Unfortunately, shortly after that operations my manager got fired and he was replaced by complete poker ignorant. It led to huge problems with communication. To these days funds haven’t been paid out, despite giving a clear declaration during the LAC, that I’ll obtain my money back. Moreover I don't have access to statistics about revenues as they don't share such information for CPA deals.

I have spoken with few affiliates (poker, casino) and they had same issues with Winner. Same agenda:

    1. Spam you to start cooperation.
    2. Offer a CPA deal and you accept it.
    3. You send them traffic and Winner reject payment.

However, we all can draw the conclusion from that story:
DO NOT COOPERATE WITH WINNER, UNLESS YOU LIKE:
    - BE EVIDENTLY CHEATED
    - BE IGNORED BY THE ACCOUNT MANAGER
    - WORK WITH RIDICULOUS PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM, WHO DOES NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITS OWN ENGAGEMENT

This is playtech. Winner Affiliates, EuroPartners and more - this is one team.
Some times they "sold" casinos to each other, and cut off affiliates.

Do you imply that they behave in the same way, or that these brands have the same owners? Or the same affiliate team?

When I Google Cpays, the second result I get is affutd.com which doesn't make sense to me. Do they own everything? haha

Yes. Playtech have very unclear and shadow structure. But as i know, playtech control most of casinos that use they software, and try it's partners affiliate buisness. Most of affiliate managers from playtech "different" affiliate programs work in one company - The Nation Traffic.ltd (Xwise). I think that EuroPartners, Winner Affiliates, Affiliate United (Cpays), Ladbrokes Israel, TItanPartners.es, TitanPartners.it e.t.c this is one affiliate team.
