Winners.bet not paying

Hell,

We have listed Winners.bet in April 2023, and they have not paid our commision at all since then. Until September 23 we were getting some updates from them that the situation is developing. However, recently they have not reacted to our messages. We are missing over 4000 euros.

Has anyone else had similar experience and/or managed to make them pay?

Why would you continue to promote a program, who does not pay you.

If they didn't pay me by END of May 2023, I would kicked them to the curb.

Sorry but some people need to open their eyes! Use this bad-experience as a learning curve, and don't get shafted again

Any program late paying by a month you should withhold traffic.

Absolutely, life is hard enough as it is and no affiliate should have to suffer more with any unprofessional behaviour.

Just to update the OP's post. The case will go now to a debt collector. Since the operating company and its parent company are both based in Malta, it should be a quick process.

Short update as another month has passed.
Basically, very little progress as the debt collector can't even deliver legal docs properly. Everyone hiding

I know who the main investor was/is but won't post it publicly as I don't want to have any more trouble with this company.
