The commercial is making you aware about a small country "Lesotho" located in South Africa who couldn't qualify for the world cup. However, the whole country of more than 2 millions on population are soccer/football fans and they would love to cheer up for a soccer/football team.
A player from Uruguay is training the whole country on how to be a soccer/football fan from Uruguay. The funny part is that someone from Lesotho is asking the player if they have Coca Cola in their country.
The main message of the commercial is for you to get the passion for soccer/football and celebrate like the citizens from Lesotho with Cocal Cola.
